Healthcare Software Alliance was founded in Abu Dhabi in 2005 and builds pharmacy, clinic and distribution software for the Gulf. We are part of the DPS group, which has been doing technology transformation for twenty-seven years across healthcare, higher education and industry.

2005
Founded in Abu Dhabi
HSA starts building point of sale for retail pharmacy, inside the DPS group.
2013
Claims go electronic
EzRx connects to the Shafafiya and DHPO mailboxes, so approvals, submissions and remittances stop moving on paper.
2019
Connected to Malaffi
EzPOS joins Abu Dhabi's health information exchange, putting dispensing records where the rest of a patient's care can see them.
2022
Track and trace, then Saudi Arabia
Tatmeen QR dispensing ships across the UAE estate; ZATCA e-invoicing and RSD follow for 200 pharmacies in the Kingdom.

When an authority changes a format or a deadline, we build it and push it before the date — in the release, at no extra cost. Ask us for the last three compliance releases and the deadlines they beat.
A named engineer, not a queue
Every site has an engineer who knows its setup, its hardware and its insurers, reachable in Arabic or English. You will not re-explain your configuration to a stranger at 8am.
We build it, so we can change it
The development team is ours, in-house. A report you need for your own board, or a workflow your pharmacy actually uses, becomes a release.
